Ka Nai'a Outrigger Canoe Club would love to invite you to be a part of our team! As a club sponsor, you will have the unique opportunity to display to the public your support of this thrilling sport. Your tax-deductible donation will help improve and extend current programs by enabling the purchase of new canoes and equipment for the club. Ka Nai'a Outrigger s located next to Stearn's Wharf on West Beach, one of Santa Barbara's most popular tourist attractions. Our canoes are prominently displayed year round on the beach as well as on the water during practice. The Ka Nai'a name is easily seen on each side of the canoe where sponsor names can also be placed. With heavy foot traffic past our workout area, maximum exposure and high visibility are provided every of the week.  Ka Nai'a participates in the Southern California race season each year from May to September. Canoes are transported on trailers to each race site allowing road exposure between Avila Beach and San Diego throughout the season from Friday through Sunday. These 40 foot long canoes are definite eye-catchers when cruising down the highway, again guaranteeing maximum exposure of our sponsors. Each of the twelve races in the summer season attracts hundreds of participants and spectators. The race venues are held in prominent locations where each canoe can easily be observed. These venues include Mission Bay, Newport Beach, Santa Monica, Marina del Rey, Dana Point, and the Ventura Harbor. Ka Nai'a hosts the annual 12 mile Rig Run Ironman Race at East Beach. Participants have traveled from up and down the California coastline, as well as Arizona, Hawaii, Oregon, Canada and Italy to attend this exciting event.
